Jane’s Creative voice…
Jane’s artwork highlights empowerment, drawing inspiration from goddesses, folklore, celestial themes, myths, and magic. Expect to see illustrations that celebrate the female form, goddesses, the moon, florals and some landscapes – all of which are infused with symbolism, adding layers of meaning to Jane’s work. Positive affirmations fuse with her drawings.

Jane’s creative processes…
Jane’s creative processes vary. Her printmaking is predominantly monoprint/monotype techniques as well as dry point etching and collagraph.
Some pieces combine all of these techniques to create one off collage. Jane also monoprints on textiles, creating one of a kind cushions and amulets on hand dyed fabrics.

Jane also works with with inks, bleach and gouache. She finds this use of mixed media both therapeutic and it allows for continuous experimentation. She also uses digital methods to produce her illustration work.
